Guidelines for processing personal data have been released by the Italian Authority

The Italian Data Protection Authority has issued the guidelines for the processing of personal data by the public administration, including publications on the web. The Guidelines also apply in cases where personal data is in official records or in administrative documents.
The Guidelines have been published in the Official Journal on March, 19. They are also available on the Italian Data Protection Authority website.
