She holds a PhD in Civil Law and has been awarded a research scholarship at the University of Bologna, where she has also been assigned a teaching module on ICT Law starting from 2007.
Since 2005 she has been teaching Private Law and ICT Law in Master’s programmes and courses.
She has also published several articles and participated in various collective books on Private Law, ICT Law, Family Law and Consumer Law. She also was among the authors of the book Diritto all’anonimato. Anonimato, nome e identità personale, edited by Prof. G. Finocchiaro, in Trattato di diritto commerciale e di diritto pubblico dell’economia, Padova, Cedam, 2008 (Prof. F. Galgano, general editor).
Recently, she published the monograph Il criterio di ragionevolezza nel diritto privato, Cedam, 2007, which translates in English as The criterion of reasonableness in Private Law.
